Airsoft Engineering Service

We provide a full Airsoft engineering service at both of our stores.  If you live in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire or Essex you are in a position to be able to drop into our highstreet store in Hitchin or our onsite shop at Airsoft Billericay to have a chat with one of our fully trained engineers about the upgrade or repair for your airsoft equipment.

For those of you who live further away, please call our store on 08456 190020 or 01462 438660 and speak to our duty engineer about your engineering needs.  In most cases we can give an estimate over the phone and then can arrange to receive your equipment through the post.  We can then post the completed work back to you after it has gone through quality checks to ensure that the work requested has been completed satisfactorily.

We charge a standard two-tier price for airsoft equipment repair: £30 labour for any gearbox related work, and £15 labour for any non-gearbox related work - irrespective of the time it takes our engineer to complete the job!  Parts costs will obviously be charged on top of any labour costs.

We know how much you love your airsoft guns.  Don't leave your repair to chance by trusting a friend or someone you may have met at the skirmish field.  We have been repairing airsoft weapons commercially since 2007 and unofficially for years before this.  We specialise in ICS and G&G AEGs but have had a lot of experience with many other brands.
