	This is a basic charger & will not automatically shut off when the battery is charged. Over charging a battery can reduce its life expectancy. A general rule of thumb is to keep an eye on the pack temperature, up to 55 degrees C is normal for a pack being charged, but if the pack starts getting hot this is a sure sign that it is fully charged, as the pack is no longer storing the energy that the charger is putting into it, it is being turned into heat instead. Extremely versatile, high quality design, with the following features: Charges NiCd or NiMH battery packs. Automatically detects from 1 cell (1.2V) to 10 cell (12V) packs 240V Mains (UK 3-pin plug) 50mA, 80mA, 120mA, 180mA, 240mA or 300mA selectable output current.
